Dr. Erin’s journey into pediatric dentistry is shaped by her passion for empowering children and families through education about dental and overall health. Growing up in a military family, she was exposed to diverse cultural and socioeconomic environments, sparking her commitment to providing equitable care.
Dr. Erin is a proud graduate of Hampton University, a renowned HBCU, where she earned her undergraduate degree before completing her dental medicine degree at Tufts University and her pediatric residency at East Carolina University.
She approaches treatment planning as a collaborative discussion, ensuring families feel informed and involved in their child’s care. Dr. Erin combines mindfulness techniques and offers innovative solutions, such as the painless intraosseous numbing technique, to create a comfortable experience for the child. Inspired by her family of educators, she uses every patient visit as an opportunity to teach and foster curiosity in their dental care.
Outside of work, Dr. Erin enjoys traveling, Pilates, and spending time with her husband, their daughter, and her miniature Bernedoodle, Maui.

Dr. Jay Owens is a compassionate general dentist committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized, high-quality care. He graduated with honors from Morehouse College before earning his dental degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, one of the nation’s premier dental programs.
Dr. Owens has also completed additional training in implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, allowing him to provide patients with advanced treatment options that support both oral health and aesthetics.
Known for his warm approach and attention to detail, Dr. Owens believes great dentistry starts with trust, comfort, and patient education. He is passionate about building lasting relationships with his patients and creating a positive experience at every visit.
Outside of the office, Dr. Owens enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Erin, their daughter, and their dog, Maui. He also loves traveling and trying new restaurants around Houston.
